The reason why I like the hyphen ( -) at the beginning is the "marker" that here starts a new entry.
Without such sign it is hard to detect if such entry is broken into 2 lines:
what is an extra new entry and what is the rest of the entry a line before..
But the font-size set to 90 % looks not so bad and is readable too…
( On my IE6 on 1024 x 768 is not good to view even in 80% , best is 90 % too)
And to shorten the phrase means sometimes we have to either
rename some pages ( like the "Block Anonymous User…" ) to shorter names or
give them another "showed" short name like ( "Block Anonymous Or Members") and "hide" the long page name
means to insert short phrases which have perhaps nothing to do with the real Page names.
