How do I disable automatic activity reports from Site Manager?

Members are automatically getting activity reports. How do I disable this feature for individual members from Site Manager?

Hi,
1) The watching system is User-driven! ( see http://www.wikidot.com/faq:watching )
Setup is done in the menu point "Watching under "my_account"
or at this https://www.wikidot.com/account:you/start/watching url ( after login of course)
2) Other way:
I got an email with this text (you see the last sentence?) :
