Everyone can edit pages who want to help the community in the creation of the handbook , even as an anonymous!
Registered users at Wikidot.com can create pages!
The only exception is the "upload" of an image you want to attach to a page. Then you should be member of this site. This is (coming from the start of this wiki) now a filter to prevent us from overloading the allowed file size.
Who can join?
Who want to do "more" than create or edit Handbook pages in her/his language can become a member of this site. Especially if there are some images to upload to build better descriptions.
